This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued, the refund process, and other important information regarding our financial policies.
1. Refund Policy Overview
Elite Dubai Models offers refunds under specific circumstances as detailed in this policy. Our refund policy aims to be fair to both our clients and our models while maintaining the integrity of our business operations.
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The following sections provide detailed information about eligibility criteria, process, and timeframes for different types of services we offer.
2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
2.1 Model Booking Services
Refunds for model booking services may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation by Elite Dubai Models: If we are unable to provide the booked model(s) for your event or project and cannot provide a suitable replacement, you are eligible for a full refund of your booking fee.
- Model Performance Issues: If a model fails to appear for a confirmed booking or demonstrates unprofessional behavior during an assignment, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Client Cancellation: Refund eligibility for client-initiated cancellations depends on the timing of the cancellation:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled booking date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the scheduled booking date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled booking date: No refund
2.2 Portfolio Development Services
For portfolio development, photography sessions, and related services:
- Service Not Rendered: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon portfolio development services, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Quality Issues: If the delivered portfolio materials significantly deviate from our standard quality or the agreed specifications, you may be eligible for a partial refund or complementary adjustments to the work.
- Client Cancellation: Similar to model bookings, refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled service date: Full refund minus a 15% administrative fee
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the scheduled service date: 40% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date: No refund
2.3 Training and Workshop Fees
For modeling workshops, training programs, and educational events:
- Cancellation by Elite Dubai Models: Full refund if we cancel a workshop or training program.
- Client Cancellation:
- Cancellations made 21 or more days before the event: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- Cancellations made 14-20 days before the event: 75% refund
- Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund
- Transfer Option: Instead of a refund, clients may opt to transfer their registration to another individual or to a future workshop date (subject to availability) at no additional cost if notice is given at least 7 days before the event.
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund

- Provide the following information:
- Your full name and contact information
- Booking reference number or invoice number
- Date of service or intended service
- Reason for refund request
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., emails, contracts, receipts)
- Complete and submit the Refund Request Form that will be sent to you after initial contact.
3.2 Refund Review Timeline
Our refund review process typically follows this timeline:
- Acknowledgment of refund request: Within 1-2 business days
- Review and decision: Within 5-7 business days
- Processing of approved refunds: Within 10-14 business days after approval
Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, this timeline may be extended. We will keep you informed about the status of your refund request throughout the process.
3.3 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunded to the same card used for payment
- Bank Transfers: Refunded to the originating bank account
- Other Payment Methods: For payments made through other methods, our accounting team will discuss the most appropriate refund mechanism with you
Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it can take an additional 2-7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account after we have processed the refund.
4. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
4.1 Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (extraordinary events or circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, terrorist acts, government actions, or other major disruptions), we will work with clients to reschedule services whenever possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, we will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into account our contractual obligations and any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.
4.2 Customized Services
For highly customized services that require significant preparation and resource allocation, special refund terms may apply. These terms will be clearly outlined in the service contract or agreement before any payment is made.
4.3 Promotional Discounts and Special Offers
Services purchased at discounted rates or through special promotional offers may have different refund terms. Any special refund conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
4.4 International Clients
For international clients, additional considerations may apply to refunds due to currency exchange rates and international banking fees. Any additional costs related to international refunds may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:
- Completed Services: Services that have been fully delivered and accepted
- Digital Products: Digital downloads, electronic portfolios, or other digital materials that have been delivered and accessed
- Administrative Fees: Processing fees, booking fees, and other administrative charges as specified in the service agreement
- Late Cancellation Fees: Fees applied for cancellations made within the non-refundable timeframes specified above
- Third-Party Costs: Any costs paid to third parties on your behalf that cannot be recovered (such as venue deposits, external photographer fees, etc.)
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, we encourage you to contact our Customer Relations team to discuss your concerns. We are committed to fair and transparent business practices and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes amicably.
If we cannot resolve the issue directly, the dispute will be handled according to the Dispute Resolution process outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
7. Policy Changes and Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
